Clara Diez is a Spanish Artisan Cheese Activist and Founder of Formaje, a project based in Madrid. Her life and project is dedicated to the defense of excellence in the cheese industry and the development of platforms that will allow consumers to get easy access to cheese and facilitate it's consumption.
